ArvFin · Apps: ArvFin, ArvFin Agent and ArvFin Attendance

These Terms govern your use of the ArvFin mobile apps (ArvFin, ArvFin Agent and ArvFin Attendance) and website https://arvfin.com. By signing in you accept them. If you do not agree, do not use the apps.
1. Accounts
Accounts are created only by ArvFin. You must keep your PIN, password and phone secure, give accurate information, and tell us immediately if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for activity under your account until you report it.
2. What the apps do
- Customers can view loans, instalments, savings, receipts and messages. Information shown is for your convenience; the official record is the one kept at your branch. Loan terms are set by your loan agreement with ArvFin, not by these Terms.
- Agents can record collections and visits for customers assigned to them.
- Staff can mark attendance and apply for leave.
3. Acceptable use
You must not: share your account; try to access data that is not yours; interfere with or reverse-engineer the apps or servers; use the apps for unlawful purposes; or submit false collections, attendance, leave or location information. Faking location is treated as fraud and may lead to disciplinary or legal action.
4. Permissions
Agent and Staff apps ask for location and notification permissions, and all apps may offer biometric unlock. These are explained in our Privacy Policy. Refusing location may stop attendance or visit features from working.
5. Availability
We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend or change the service for maintenance, security or legal reasons. Access can be restricted if the organisation's subscription is suspended or expired.
6. Intellectual property
The apps, names, logos and content belong to ArvFin and its licensors. You get a personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the apps for their intended purpose.
7. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy (https://arvfin.com/privacy?org=arvfin) explains how we handle your information and forms part of these Terms.
8. Liability
To the extent the law allows, the apps are provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss caused by your device, network, or by sharing your credentials. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer.
9. Termination
You may stop using the apps and request account deletion at https://arvfin.com/delete-account?org=arvfin. We may suspend or end access if you breach these Terms or the law, or when your relationship with ArvFin ends. Records we must keep by law are retained.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continuing to use the apps after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
11. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at the place of our registered office have jurisdiction, subject to any statutory dispute-resolution rights you have.
